- Cancellation of any orders or services by the customer should be made either within 24 hours from order placement time or before the order is dispatched - whichever is earlier.
- An order can be cancelled by contacting our Customer Care team through Contact Us page. Enter the order number and other necessary information related to the order in the space (Message) provided and send it to us. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.
- We look for every possible means to accommodate your cancellation request. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed.
- In addition, Inaithiram.com on its own will cancel orders under following scenarios:
- Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
- Non-serviceable locations
- Restriction on the quantity ordered.
- Incomplete or inaccurate address
- Identified fraudulent scenarios.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
- Your received product(s) must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Return request must be reported to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery of the order.
2. RETURN REQUEST
- Return request can be raised through Contact Us page with correct order number and tracking details. Provide product imagesand brief about the problem you have experienced with the product in the space (Message) provided and send it to us.
- We will look at it immediately and get back to you within 48 hours.
3. RETURN ACCEPTANCE
- Item is physically damaged
- Item is defective and cannot be repaired
- Wrong item delivered
- Wrong colour / sized-item delivered
- Wrong quantity
- Missing parts/accessories
4. RETURN ATTACHMENTS AND PACKING
- Items are to be returned with all accessories and original/secure packaging. Careful attention is to be given with the packing of the product to avoid damage during transit.
- Invoice and all the tags/labels should be kept inside the return package.
- Items which are returned without original packaging / accessories will not be accepted.
5. RETURN PICKUP
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by Inaithiram.com and the courier person will contact you to collect the item. We do not encourage customers to return the items on their own without intimation to Inaithiram.com. In such cases, Inaithiram.com will refuse the delivery.
- Items can only be picked from the location where they have been delivered.
- In cases if return service unavailable at your pincode, we will initimate you to send the consignment to us through India Post only. Once, the product reaches our warehouse,we will reverse the courier charges.
6. RETURN PROCEDURE
- After receipt of the item(s) from Customer, we initiate replacement within 7 business days.
- Sending a replacement depends on the availability of the product. If there is non-availability of replacement product then we will refund the entire amount.
- Once your refund has been approved by our team, it would take anywhere between 7-15 business days to complete your refund process.
- For all prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited to the same account from where payment was made.
